The support you give others deserves support of its own
Clinical supervision and professional mentoring for counsellors, psychotherapists, and others whose work involves holding people through hard things.
Caring for others is demanding work. Whether you sit with clients, students, patients, or colleagues, the professional life of holding others asks a great deal of you — and asks it, often, without much space to recover.
The offerings here exist to give you that space. A place to download and reflect. A place to think about your practice. A place to be met by someone who understands the weight of the work, and who can walk alongside you as you continue to grow.
My aspiration is to equip, empower and enable you to become the competent and capable professional that you want to be — and to help you develop your sense of self and agency as a practitioner.
Two distinct routes of support
The two offerings below do different things. Choose the one that fits what you need — or get in touch and we can work out together which is the right starting point.
Supervision
A protected space for the work of holding others.
A regular, held space to bring your clinical work — where difficult clients get honestly discussed, your instincts get tested, and your ongoing development as a practitioner is safeguarded.
- One-to-one or small group
- In person or online
- For trainees, newly qualified, and experienced practitioners
- Trauma-informed specialism available
Mentoring
A considered pair of eyes on your professional life.
Where supervision focuses on the work with clients, mentoring focuses on you — your development, your practice identity, the shape of the professional life you are building. Including BACP accreditation support.
- Career transitions and direction
- Building or growing a practice
- BACP accreditation companionship
- One-off or ongoing arrangements
Not sure which you need?
That's a good enough reason to get in touch. Every arrangement begins with a conversation — no obligation, no pressure.
