Where the thinking behind the work lives

The unfolding Anastasis series, reflections on developmental and relational trauma, and news of what is coming next.

Welcome — I am so glad you have found your way here.

This is where I share the thinking behind my work: an unfolding series of reflections on Anastasis, the model I have spent years building for understanding and accompanying people through developmental and relational trauma. Anastasis is an ancient Greek word for rebirth — a coming through pain into new life — and that hope runs through everything you will read here.

Over thirteen short pieces I walk, step by step, through the whole model: the five Dynamics that move us, and the five Domains we journey through. Some posts are written for practitioners who want to work more deeply; others are simply for anyone curious about how we heal. Alongside them you will find news and updates — including announcements about the new Level 7 Diploma built around the model, events, and the occasional thought that will not leave me alone.

Please make yourself at home. Read in order, or follow whatever draws you. And if something here resonates, do get in touch.
