Most couples who come to therapy come because something between them has stopped working the way they hoped it would, and neither of them is quite sure what to do about it.

Whatever has brought you, you are welcome. The work begins with honest conversation, held in a space where both of you can be heard.

Healthy adult relationships are reciprocal. We cannot make a relationship healthy by ourselves, and we cannot fix a relationship on our own.

That fact is often the first honest thing that has to be said in the room. That discomfort is not a sign that therapy is going wrong.
