Hello and welcome! My name is Annie Kissane, and I am the person behind ‘Authentic Therapy & Training’. I love people and enjoy supporting and enabling others to grow, heal and become… whoever they authentically are.<\/span><\/p>\n\n With over\u00a0<\/span>40<\/span>\u00a0years of serving and working with people in various settings, and over 20 years as a counselling trainer, I bring understanding and maturity to my work. I take an integrative position, along with the perspective that everyone is unique, and deserves respect and compassion. Drawing on a broad theoretical base, I adapt how we work together according to your needs and the nature of your experience.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n As an experienced therapist and supervisor,\u00a0<\/font>I<\/span> hold a Master of Science degree, diplomas in both counselling and supervision,<\/span> and a senior accreditation with BACP. More recently, I find myself returning to an old favourite; small workshops and masterclasses from my home office. This enables deeper trust and a more intimate context for learning, providing opportunity to share in fellowship together, and allowing me to indulge in another of my passions – cooking for people!
