You will bring your experience of working therapeutically with clients to the course as a valuable resource, and we want to allow time for you to build on your confidence and experience before enrolling on the Level 5.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Lorem Ipsum has been the industry&#8217;s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Lorem Ipsum has been the industry&#8217;s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course comprises 12 Saturday workshops (9.30am-5.30pm) and 10 online sessions (Fridays 9.45am-2.00pm), totalling circa 121 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).<\/p>\n\n\n<p>This Level 5 diploma course is open to those who have a Level 4 counselling qualification, or equivalent training and experiential learning in a mental health role. It is important that candidates have sufficient self-awareness and personal stability to undertake the course.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>At Authentic Therapy &amp; Training we value inclusivity. Having taught our Level 5 diploma course for its first year, we have been reviewing and experimenting with alternate ways to meet course requirements and enable students to evidence their work. Assessment methods now include video and audio-recorded evidence, with increased tutor-observed criteria and peer-feedback evidence to support students whose preferred medium is not written work.
