demanding work.<\/strong> Vital to your self-care as a professional is securing accepting and empathic support \u2014 a place to download and debrief your clinical work, reflect on your practice, and recover from the stresses and strains that can be part of caring for others on a daily basis.<\/p>\n  <p>That is what clinical supervision is for. Clients with complex issues are honestly discussed. Ethical questions get real attention. Your instincts are tested \u2014 and, more often than not, confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Client confidentiality is strictly maintained.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The aim is that you leave each session more grounded, more equipped, and more clear about your next step with the person or situation you brought.<\/p>\n\n<p>I bring particular experience of working with <strong>developmental and relational trauma<\/strong>, and can offer specialist supervision to practitioners whose caseload is trauma-heavy.
